Genesis Rivera, CDP®

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant

Genesis Rivera has dedicated her career to social change and equity for underrepresented communities. With a background in Political Science, Sociology, and a CDP certification, she brings unique insights to supporting leadership teams in building inclusive environments. Her work spans non-profits, like the NAACP, and efforts in Puerto Rico, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Genesis trains DEI facilitators, marketers, and recruiters, helping teams reflect on their processes and bridge generational and experience gaps. She has developed skill-building trainings, including the Allyship Series, Generational Differences in the Workplace, and Leading From Behind.



LINDA ESPINOSA VALENCIA

Consultant, Facilitator, Speaker & Gallup Certified Clifton Strengths Coach

Linda Espinosa Valencia is an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion consultant, a Gallup-certified strengths-based coach, facilitator, speaker, and a member of the Standards Council of Canada (SCC). Alongside Ana María Desmaison Cornejo, she co-founded Ventura Collective, a Latine women-owned consulting collective that partners with organizations to embed JEDI through the Diversity and Inclusion ISO 30415 International Standard.

Linda is Diversity and Inclusion Service Management (DISM) ISO 30415 certified and, through Ventura Collective, offers the DISM certification to JEDI professionals.



ANA MARIA DESMAISON CORNEJO

Ana Maria is an equity, diversity, and inclusion consultant, coach, facilitator, and speaker, as well as a member of the Standards Council of Canada (SCC). She is the co-founder of Ventura Collective with Linda Espinosa Valencia, a Latine women-owned consulting collective certified in Diversity and Inclusion Service Management (DISM) to implement the ISO 30415:2021 standard in organizations to effectively support justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) initiatives. Ventura Collective offers the DISM certification to JEDI professionals.

Ana Maria is passionate about building communities, genuine connections, and supporting equity-focused organizations.

Caribbean-queer, artist, activist-anthropologist & word doula

Talia Molé, Ph.D., MFT, MHC, CHI™ is a Caribbean-queer, artist, activist-anthropologist, and word doula focused on creating motherhood spaces aimed at holding collaborative explorations around birthing liberatory worlds. Talia’s framework, Motherhood Phoenixing, works with the language of queer mother/motherhood/mothering to alleviate labour pains inherent in the process of unlearning oppressive systems while encouraging a learning, leaning, and (re) membering centred around liberation, healing, and reconnecting humanity’s interconnectedness to each other and the Earth. Her horizon is set at ushering in a paradigm shift dedicated to midwifing sustainable, thriving, just and joyful futures for all.


Geronda Wollack-Spiller

Geronda Wollack-Spiller (she/her) is an award-winning speaker, international best-selling author, and a humour-filled, sweatshirt-wearing badass. Geronda empowers corporate leadership teams to create inclusive and safe environments for their employees of all genders, races, and identities. She is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Human Resources professional, which, combined with her lived experience, is constructing and enhancing the true identity of others so they can make powerful decisions based on their authentic self and values. Geronda holds a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology & is certified in Cultural Intelligence.
