Biography
Linda Espinosa Valencia is an Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging consultant, a Gallup-certified strengths-based coach, facilitator, speaker, and community builder. Alongside Ana María Desmaison Cornejo, she co-founded Ventura Collective, a Latine women-owned consulting organization focused on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) initiatives.
As the first EDI consultant in Canada certified to implement ISO 30415:2021 Diversity and Inclusion Framework, Linda works with organizations to create inclusive and relational work environments. She is an active member of the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) and the ISO - International Organization for Standardization, promoting and developing international standards for diversity and inclusion.
Linda's diverse background in business strategy and marketing, coupled with her education in Marketing and International Business, enables her to develop measurable and sustainable EDI frameworks. She emphasizes the value of diversity as a superpower in organizations and shares real-life examples to promote inclusion effectively.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Linda is passionate about fostering inclusive communities and promoting the transformative power of diversity in the workplace.
