This privacy policy describes the manner in which we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit our website located at https://workdiversitynexus.com (the “Website”), access  our services when you install the Diversity Nexus application in your workspace (“Diversity Nexus app”), or otherwise interact with us.  

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information we process on behalf of our customers:

  • Provision of Services: Diversity Nexus delivers personalized professional learning content through real-time communication platforms. In the course of providing these services, we may obtain personal information about our customers’ employees such as demographic information, email, information provided in feedback messages, or other personal information an employee chooses to provide to us. We use this information to provide the services on behalf of our customers and to improve our products, services and algorithms. We require our customers to ensure that they have obtained all authority to provide personal information to us in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not collect or use an employee’s personal information of our customers for any purpose other than to provide services on behalf of our customers. 

  • Support Services: We may collect certain information (such as name, email address and query) when we provide employee support services by phone, email (support@workdiversitynexus.com) or within the Diversity Nexus app.

  • Use of the Services: We may monitor use of the services by our customers’ employees or other authorized users in order to detect, investigate or prevent any actual or potential violation of our terms and conditions. We may also generate aggregated, non-identifiable data and use such information to monitor the performance, use and stability of the services and to improve the services.

Information we collect and use through our Website and other interactions:

  • Create an Account: If you are a customer, you will be provided with a user account in order to access and use the services. We will collect your name, business contact information (such as company name, address and email address) and payment information in order to create and administer your user account, and you will be issued with a username and password login credentials. You must keep your username and password secure and not share them with anyone else, either within or outside your organization. We will never ask you for your password in any unsolicited communication (such as letters, phone calls or email messages).

  •  Payment Information: We use a third-party payment processor to process payments. Your payment card data is provided to our payment process, and Diversity Nexus does not store any personal information.

  •  Request a Demo: When you request a demo, we may ask for your name, company name, and work email address. We use this information to contact you and otherwise facilitate your demo or provide you with a quote.

  •  Subscribe to our Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will collect certain information such as your name and work email address. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you may unsubscribe any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter or by contacting us at the contact information under “Contact Us” below. Please note that you may continue to receive certain transactional or account-related communications from us.

  •  Careers: If you apply for a job with Diversity Nexus, you may provide us with certain personal information about yourself, such as information contained in a resume, cover letter, or similar employment-related materials.  We use this information for the purpose of processing and responding to your application for current and future career opportunities.

  • Feedback: We may collect and use customer feedback about our services to better understand our customers and enhance our product and service offerings. With your consent, we may publish your feedback on our Website or other promotional materials. 

  • Contests and Promotions: When you enter a contest or participate in a promotion, we may collect your name, address, email address, phone number, and any additional information or content required for the contest or promotion, including to deliver a prize to you, or that you otherwise provide, including your social media handle, profile picture and public posts or comments you make about our contest on social media networks.   • Visiting our Website:  In general, you can visit our Website without telling us who you are or submitting any personal information. However, we collect the IP (Internet protocol) addresses of all visitors to our Website and other related information such as page requests, browser type, operating system and average time spent on our Website. We use this information to help us understand our Website activity and to monitor and improve our Website.

INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING

We work with third-parties such as ad networks and other advertising companies that use their own tracking technologies (including cookies and pixel tags) on our Website in order to provide you with tailored advertisements across the Internet.
