Biography
Geronda Wollack-Spiller (she/her) is an award-winning speaker, international best-selling author, and a humor-filled, sweatshirt-wearing badass. Geronda empowers corporate leadership teams to create inclusive and safe environments for their employees of all genders, races, and identities. She is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Human Resources professional, which, combined with her lived experience, is constructing and enhancing the true identity of others so they can make powerful decisions based on their authentic self and values. Geronda holds a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology & is certified in Cultural Intelligence. She lives in Maine with her wife and four fur babies.
